On August 17th we celebrate Black Cat Appreciation Day. Did you know that Black cats in the USA are often put to sleep and the least adoptable? Centuries of rationalism and we still neglect these beautiful cats. Black cats make great pets, you can ask anyone who's lucky to have one. And they are gorgeous. At Kitty in NY we have many black cats as kitty guests.
