My name is Tina “Michelle” King. I was born and raised in Somerset County, New Jersey, an only child. I’ve had various types of pets throughout my life ranging from goldfish, hamsters, cats, dogs, snakes, and at one point I had a tarantula. Currently I am raising Lady Butterflies. I wanted to be a veterinarian, unfortunately my math skills aren’t good. In 1996 I started my own petsitting, dog walking and training service; ‘Michelle’s Pied Piper pet services’. I had my business for around 15 years. After 911, like many others, I lost my business and became ill. I’m okay now and ready to get back to my passion. I have held all types of jobs throughout my life, but this fits me 100%! I am a diligent, hardworking, and honest person who doesn’t give up. I always make sure that my charges are well taken care of. I just love being with animals. I love cats!

Over the summer Michelle took care of my two cats Atlas and Magic for two weeks on such short notice! She checked in with me everyday with amazing updates videos and pictures, they were spoiled with gifts and treats! She was so kind and warm with them. They missed her when it was time to go. She is an amazing sitter that we will keep close to our hearts ! Thank you !

Good evening, I just wanted to express my gratitude for their being a service such as Kitty and the City that provides quality care for my fury baby when I travel. Whilst this is my third time utilizing their service,I want to emphasize that this particular caregiver, Ms.Michelle truly has a way with animals. My fury baby, no matter how kind the care giver, typically his and kept to himself. But on the very first day of his stay with Ms. Michelle he was out and about, I even received selfies to show how well he was doing. Ms.Michelle’s love and care for my fur baby truly out my mind are ease while I was away. I am very grateful for her knowledge, patience, and compassion towards my baby.
