I just wanted to take a moment and express to you how happy I was with Michelle’s service. As this being my first time leaving my cats at a sitter she made the process so seamless and comfortable for me and my cats. She provided periodic updates via WhatsApp as I was in another country and also gave me a play by play on their daily activities. I think Michelle is amazing and I would recommend her to everyone who wants a safe space for their pets while away.

We were very happy with our cat sitter Michelle. We communicated well. I was happy she had No other pets so she was able to give our cat all her attention.
I called our sitter the cat whisperer. As soon as she met our cat I knew I didn't have to worry.

Michelle was kind and wonderful! Took amazing care of my 3 cats. My flight was delayed coming back and she was very understanding and accommodating. Everything was all packed and cleaned when I picked up the cats. She sent me pictures and updates of them and it great to know they were in such good hands. The day after I picked them up she checked in on them to make sure everything was ok.

• Someone who immediately connects with humans and animals. I could tell this not just from the updates and messages she sent me regularly, but also from the way my cat bonded with her
• I never had any worry or doubt about my pet's health or happiness during the 3 weeks I was away. Michelle was very competent and loving throughout for my pet
• She was very methodical and thorough - she had all of my items packaged and ready for pickup neatly organized, all on time
• She also regularly gave me updates sprinkled with humor

Michelle was absolutely incredible and we hope we can have her watch our cats again. She not only fed and medicated them, she clearly showed them so much love and attention that they seemed sad to be leaving her apartment.
