Hello! My name is Shauna, I am 27 years old and have been living in Queens for the past five years. I have owned cats all of my life and have a deep admiration for them. The first nine years of my life I had a sweet grey Calico kitty named Snowshoes. She had been my grandmothers before my grandmother had passed on. Around the age of twelve a black and white stray kitten began to follow me from the woods next to my home, to the bus stop every morning. I soon took him home and named him Sylvester.
I like to think that I have a deeper understanding of cats, as many of them seem to like and trust me. Even the most shy and timid cats will venture out of their hiding spots to sit with me while I work. I am an artist and work entirely from home which gives me the unique ability to care and love your cat around the clock. I like to think of my apartment as a sanctuary for your kitty. Where aromatherapy candles burn and relaxing nature sounds are always playing. Not to forget all the kitty toys and catnip!!

Very attentive to our cats' individual needs, brilliant communication with us while we were away (sending us photos and updates regularly). Our caregiver came and helped us to transport our cat supplies, was completely accommodating to our schedule for pick-up and drop-off, and offered a well equipped and cat-friendly apartment for our cats. We couldn't be happier!

Seriously, the best company I have ever found on Yelp! Due to my family vacation to Florida during August, I was quite upset that I couldn't bring my cat along with us for the trip since we drove down there. The day before my trip, I spent 2 hours looking for a caretaker for my cat and was not satisfied. My neighbors weren't reliable and my best friend is allergic. Then, with a quick google search, I found this company! I called the number and no one picked up (I called about half an hour after it closed to my mistake), however, within 10 minutes, I got a text message from Jose and I explained my situation. He was very quick with his responses and very trusting and thorough as to how everything worked. I asked for a caretaker that lived not too far from my home so the travel wouldn't be a hassle and he provided me with the lovely Shauna from Queens! I spoke to her on the phone and arranged everything with her. The night before I left to Florida, I gave her my cat (please provide caretaker food, bowl, and litter box) and at first he was very homesick and shy, but eventually opened up to Shauna and her fiancé. She watched my cat for 8 days and I gave her full payment (very fair prices unlike the other companies) upfront when I dropped my cat off. Shauna updated me with photos of how my cat was doing three times a day and was VERY trustworthy. She played music for my cat and overall took great care of him while I was away and I am extremely grateful. I highly recommend this business to anyone who needs a caretaker for their cat and if you live in the Queens area, if available, ask for Shauna!
