Ruxandra is an amazing caregiver. This was my second time working with her. The first time, she fed my cats in my home, the second time, I boarded my cats in her home. Denny looked after our Logan for about a week. He was very welcoming, and gave Logan his own space to explore and decompress. Logan seemed comfortable almost right away! Denny was very communicative, and sent updates and pics almost every day we were away. It was great having peace of mind that our boy was well looked after. Pick-up was a breeze - Denny had Logan's water fountain and litter tray bagged up and ready to go when we arrived. He's also quite the character! It was a treat getting to know him.

Fig was a special cat; anxious, high-needs with his health, and older when she adopted him. He taught her patience and lots of ways to administer medications. Erika was FANTASTIC! She did everything that a cat caregiver should do. She scheduled a visit to my home to meet my cat, Smokey, to ensure they got along. My boyfriend and I had Helen cat sit our two-year-old tabby siblings this summer when we went out of town for the weekend. I can't express how crazy we are about our cats -- they are our babies and we could never put a price on their well-being, safety, and happiness. In the past we've had family watch them, so we were nervous about having a cat sitter. Thankfully, a friend of mine recommended Helen and boy did we luck out.

Helen is incredible. She's very funny, kind, and warm, and knows just the right way to handle every type of cat personality. Our boy is a little piggy and tries to eat his sister's food, our girl hisses at strangers and hides. But she did everything right to make them as comfortable as possible. She sent sweet, detailed emails after her visits along with lots of photos that put us immediately at ease. She took care of feedings, litter, water changing, and cleanup, leaving everything immaculate.

We totally trusted her in our apartment and with our kitties. I can't say enough about Helen and am so relieved we found someone who can care for our cats when we need it. Very highly recommend!!

I have a very anxious and scared cat because of his history of moving several times to different homes. I feel bad leaving Pi with the sitter to go on vacation but Theresa and John took care of him and made him feel comfortable. They follow through Pi's restricted diet because he's a bit overweight. Theresa would send daily pictures and updates which was nice. They went an extra mile to drop us off because of bad weather after I picked up Pi. I appreciated them taking care of Pi while I was away. Theresa and John are expert, kind, and wonderful cat sitters.

Every morning and night, she sent me photos and videos of my cat with some text saying exactly what she had done with him and how he was doing. Michelle was very pleasant and we felt very comfortable the moment we met her. While our cat was in her care she sent me updates and photos every other day and it was clear that Michelle was very gentle and caring to our cat while she was in her care.

Andrea did a fantastic job. She was very communicative, took amazing photos and videos, and even brought our cat a little toy. She also seemed to be a calming presence for our cat. We would definitely request Andrea again!

My name is Albena and I live in a spacious 1 bedroom apartment, near the Bronx Botanical Garden.  I know that your cat/s will love living here not only because of the abundance of space to run and leap, but also because I have a wonderful cat tree where they can climb and sharpen their claws.

I also provide cat sitting services in your home as I am willing to travel throughout the Bronx and Manhattan.  I am a professional dancer and my job provides me with a flexible schedule to meet your needs.  Your pet will be happy receiving the warmth and attention they deserve. 

If your kitty has special medical needs I am adept at administering pills, drops, subcutaneous fluids and diabetic injections.  My sensitivity for shy cats help to give extra soothing comfort.  My clients have returned to find their pets friends a bit sweeter.  Clients have been kind enough to provide me with a five star rating.

As a passionate animal lover, I grew up with cats predominately.  My entire family consists of cat people with amazing stories to tell.  My love and interest in the feline kingdom has grown over the years while owning numerous cats, deeply bonding with them, playing, cuddling, learning about their unique personalities and also witnessing (as difficult as it has been) their transitions.  It will be an honor and a pure joy to meet you and your furry friend/s...

If you live uptown or in the Bronx, Albena will provide the perfect temporary home for your cat/s. Her spacious apartment is kitty proof, your cat/s will enjoy the huge cat tree in her living room. Contact us with more information about your service.

KITTY in NY provides cat sitting and boarding services. Our 30 min cat sitting visits are recommended for short periods. If you need to leave for 10 days or more we can board your cat with one of our caregivers. Your kitty will be the only pet in the apartment. it is a great option for mid/long term periods. Mambacita seemed to be very comfortable in the Albena’s home. Albena warmly welcomed Mambacita in her home, allowed her access to many of the rooms and sent me pictures everyday. In the pictures my cat look comfortable and safe and I know she felt at home.

Albena made my cats very comfortable with a new person taking care of them. She came into the apartment with joy and affection for the cats. She even was able to give them a grooming that they sorely needed, something I was never able to do! Upon meeting Albena at the interview I was sure she was a cat lover, and that my cat Baby would have a great stay! Albena was so great at sending daily photos of Baby, which gave me great comfort that she was doing well! When I picked her up, it seemed as if Baby was so at home, she just might not want to leave!

Albena took care of our cat Chase for two weeks while we were away. Albena loves cats and has a special connection with them. She talks to them, plays with them and is very attentive to their needs. When Chase was not eating in the beginning of her visit Albena bought her special paste to bring back her appetite. She totally converted Chase to healthier food, which she refused to eat in the past. She sent us regular updates, and we found Chase very relaxed and comfortable in her home two weeks later.
