Helen is incredible. She's very funny, kind, and warm, and knows just the right way to handle every type of cat personality. Before I officially booked her, she invited me to meet her at her apartment; she showed me all of the supplies and furniture she keeps for caregiving and told me stories of her experiences with shy or difficult cats, which put my mind very much at ease.
I will definitely contact Helen next time I need a caregiver for my cat!

Sophie (my cat) bonded wonderfully with Helen. Sophie is older and requires more attention than a younger kitty, but Helen made me feel very comfortable during my extended vacation (2 weeks) that she was happy and well cared for.  Helen was nice enough to send frequent updates.  Also reassuring!
