Rachelle was a great caregiver. She was very communicative and sent us a lot of photos while we were gone. Her place was clean and tidy, which I felt provided a calm environment for the cats. She had a lot of cat toys that kept them active. She also made note of potential behavioral abnormalities (e.g. no poop in days, cat hiding for the most part of the day, etc.) and checked with us to see if that was normal or not.
